A video shared on instagram by @ has shown the moment some ghanaian kids who were swimming in a river, almost got eaten by a hippopotamus.

Reports have it that one of the kids got swallowed by the sea animal while the others including those filming fled the scene.

1. Hippos don't eat flesh.
2. The 3 kids ran off immediately it appeared.
3. Hippos are highly territorial. It probably just showed up to scare them away (which it achieved).
4. Nobody was "eaten" so OP has posted false information.

According to that video up there, no one was eaten..... The Hippo most likely scared them from it’s territory.....
