I did an agency business with a lawyer and we added something on top d real price and d transaction was successful but d lawyer refused to give me my own share of d proceed. He has been doing me turn turn because they paid d money into his account. I was d one who found d property and d buyer too but he prepared d power of attorney and suggested we add something on top. Please what can I do in this situation ?

if there is no written agreement between you both,there is nothing you can do than to move on.


This is one reason some persons are been murdered, they like short changing others using every legal loophole.

Stop doing gentle man agreement with people with business issues,write agreements,signed and documented with witnesses to testify
