Very irrational recomendation. So what happens to the person or persons that ordered them to go there? Or the panelists don't know that if the soldiers or police had refused the order to go there, they would have been court martialled and nothing would ever be heard of them again?

This is what I want to see.
Emphasis should be on the idiot that ordered the soldiers to shoot in the air, knowing full well that there were lots of unarmed protesters around the toll plaza.

More importantly, the military should be training and retraining their soldiers so they understand the sanctity of human life. We have been repeatedly told that Fulani people value cows more than human beings. So, I don't understand why those lots should be enlisted in the military.
