I think our ISP need to be Linux based instead of windows. You can't hack a Linux based os with c# simply because Linux doesn't use the dot net framework runtime. So such code will not execute on a Linux Os. Most of our banks and telecos PCs are windows OS and are highly prone to been hacked

They used c# cos they know most naija systems are windows based, if you switch to linux, they'll use another language, talk of python and c++.
