To buttress your point. Despite Awolowo plea with Zik to form alliance for a better Nigeria, Zik declined him and form alliance with NPC thinking they can be easily manipulated. Things didn't turn out as they thought and they resulted it to coup which claimed many northern and some western leaders. Retaliation of the coup resulted to Biafra because Hausas felt betrayed. Hatred for Awo and self-centeredness is the genesis of the problems facing us today.

If this con artist had taken leadership seriously in Imo State, he would have become the most sellable candidate from the South East region under the APC.

Instead, he was busy looting state's scarce resources, building substandard projects all over the states and erecting statues, including that of corrupt Jacob Zuma.
