Nasims call center that don’t pick their calls nor reply mails swiftly. So where should we go from here lol. Like I said earlier, I called the two supervisors that came to my PPA yesterday and they both said same thing. They said I should come meet them at the secretariat tomorrow. I’m not saying it’s the solution. Nothing is the solution till we hear from the NPower Facebook handle

To be honest I and my wife were lucky enof to recieve both of our september stipend yesterday, that was after one week of payment status showing processing before it changed to paid lastnite.

I will advise you should to try using their channels in lodging ur complaints.

None of us even know the criteria they using for this their payments, we are just hoping and praying not to fall victim to this issues caused by their unstable portal, as even some people with accurate information are still yet to be paid up till now, while their unstable portal keeps erasing our data.

99% nigerians am sure couldnt have made errors when entering their account details back then, during the initial process.
