I have made a Gotv subscription through an online platform called utilitybills.ng and after about 2 hours the things haven't reflected. So I contacted Gotv through their customer care email they told me the payment is yet to reflect on my GoTv account. So I contacted the utility Bill's through their email and WhatsApp and uptill now they are not replying to my enquiries

if I'm not mistaken, Gotv has an app just like DStv or you use quick teller, your bank is also an option. Stop patronising unverified platforms and use official ones. For your sake let's hope that it's mere miscommunication from them about the issue at hand. 1 Like |
