That 2.2 will get you a Mercedes Benz C180. C200 or C230 1.8L, the fuel economy is superb even better than the Corolla... Yes you heard me right. Talk of prestige, talk of confidence, performance, elegance, speed, weight, power, talk of rugedity, durability... You have peace of mind parking it any where without being vandalize, security is top notch. What else would you need in a car? Is it sound? Room space? Interior beauty? What else...

I bought fuel 2k at MRS filling station Ojota, drove down to pick up a client Obalende then took the parents and daughter to convenant university in Ota, the Sun was so hot that very day so I'd to turn on AC then slept while they spent about 2hrs settling the girl. Still got back to Obalende yet my 2k fuel had not entered reverse. All along AC was running.

Parts are not expensive like many Nigerians think, ground clearance is great even with the bad roads ive been to I'd not had any serious challenge.

What else? Make una try dey think outside the box oh.
Thank you Boss.

Last week Friday, @gm_lastma, Mr. Bolaji Oreagba, and some management officials had a consultative session with Dr. Katarzyna Cieslik, a researcher from @cambridgeuniversity, UK. The discussion was focused on "LASTMA's Perspective of E-hailing Services in Lagos State and the Impact on Traffic".

Dr. Cieslik's research is focused on ways which technology is changing the world of work, as well as our cities, specifically, the e-hailing sector in Nigeria.

She has met with different stakeholders involved in traffic and transport management in Nigeria including drivers, VIS, Nigeria Labor Congress (Transport Section), FCT Transport Section, AMAC, Associations of App-based Drivers and others to learn about the different perspectives on this new sector.

The session ended with a visit to the @lasdrihq office as the General Manager, Mrs. Afusat Tiamiyu, showed Dr. Cieslik the process and various equipment used for driver training at the Institute.

Dr. Cieslik will produce academic papers as well as a comprehensive briefing report that will be helpful in the future of transport management in Nigeria.

Only if the government will make use of it.
There are many white papers, written in d past for excellent traffic management in Lagos but they are gathering dust because it is not focused on raising money/revenue.

E simple now, divide 1M by 31 days in December. You will have to make sure you make nothing less than 35K every day. Gbam 1M!

Your best bet is to seek for a loan of 150k before you leave benin city.
With that you can get a face me & face you room with just the basic mattress, curtain , carpet at Agege, Mangoro or Dopemu. Feeding & fuel for your car for 2weeks before you settle in.
With a dint of hardwork, you can offset that loan in your 2month of work.
The downside is the ikeja along traffic heading back home in the evening.
I wish i could help as my brother have a large house but the mofo i asked to come over & live with me for a month was making advances towards all the married women in the house (my brother's wife inclusive).

Can you imagine! Matried women kpa kpa... O ga oooh.

One of my rider(regular) called me and asked if I can take him to Abeokuta tomorrow and still come back tomorrow. How much can I charge him? I've never done any long distance like this before, except when I'm travelling to the village for Christmas. I told him I'll charge him for a whole day cos he said he would leave by 9am and by 3pm or so, he would be through with his meeting and head back to Lagos.

I need urgent response. Mr Bazz and co

If you use "client ask to cancel" before without for 5mins, It affects ur "you cancelled" or "did not respond" and your Activity Score.

No, that only happens if you didn't ARRIVE.

Accept the trip, ARRIVE and cancel using 'Client asked to cancel'.... all under 5secs.

Activity score increases, Client did not show increases and you are still online.

Welcome to Lag...congrats on your first few trips. Make sure you go for Bolt inspection within 7days. If not you will be blocked.

For now I will advise u to stay within the main trunk of Lagos. Look at the map of Lagos and remain within Lekki, Vi, Ikoyi, Yaba/Surulere, Maryland, Gbagada, Ogudu, Ketu, Oshodi, Airport, Ikeja, Ogba, Magodo, Berger.

Avoid after Sangotedo, Apapa, Mile 2, Festac, Agopalace, Jakande Estate, Alimosho, Ikorodu, Badagry for now.

Thumbs up for you boss

I'll just like to drop this for those with tinted glass.

My back seat glass and the back glass are tinted. Police usually stop me because of it and I tell them that it's a new car and it came from abroad like that and when it came, I went to do the permit but I was told that they've stopped giving permit for tinted glass.

So I was at Agege( around the bridge) and I was stopped by a police officer with gun. I stopped and he checked my boot, licence and papers. All intact. Then he asked for the tint permit, I told him what I explained above. He insisted that they still issue it and later he said I would go to their office. I drove there with him. We got there and he called me aside and said I should settle him and go, but i refused. Told him that I would like us to go to the office cos that's the reason he brought me here.

Later the officer in the office came out and asked what happened. We explained and he went to my car and said the tint is fake. He collected all my papers, licence and keys. I stood there confused. He said I'll write statement and go to court. Then I called someone(DPO in Abj) who said I should seek to see the DPO. Anything he says, I should let him know. Got to his office and explained everything. He said I should go and call the officer. The man refused to follow me( the other officer that came out) He said he wasn't the one that arrested me on the road. So I went to the officer that arrested me on the road and told him the DPO wants to see him. He said; Ha! So you went to see the DPO, but I was looking for you to give you your papers, licence and keys. I didn't say anything.

Finally, we got to the DPO's office. He explained himself and I did same. The DPO shouted at him and told him to go give me my papers, licence and keys and let me go immediately.

My advice: Don't settle them for tinted glass if you got your car after they stopped giving permit. They know it's a crime to hold you for it. Just seek to see the DPO......but do it codedly.

The officer later asked me if I could drop him at the bus stop I picked him. I said No, and I drove off.

Haha Haha... This mangrin I thought you're a gentle mangrin
