what do you mean by eligible subscribers?
the code work for only selected sim, dial the code and see if you are eligible, you dont need to recharge you sim for you to know whether you can subscribe with the code or not.

no, I dont know for airtel. Sorry, here is the code for airtel, *141*241# 200 for 1g, 1000 for 4g, I received the code today and is working for me, try and see if you are eligible
