1. How do lawyers prove murder in criminal cases?
2. Where are the dead bodies?
3. Where are their families?
4. What is the cause of their death?
5. Where are their photographs?
6. Why did any member of their families not come forward to make claims for a whole year?
7. Where are the eye witnesses who claimed they saw dead bodies?
8. How many dead bodies did they claim they saw?
9. Why did they not take photographs of the dead bodies?
10. Did the panel answer all or some of these questions?

Awarding millions to a witness who gave testimony at the panel and then using his testimony to term him as, "Deceased."

"You died."
"No I didn't die."
"We say you died."
"No I didn't die, my brother died."
"Ok, take millions of naira and die, leave your brother to die."

This issue alone is deeply troubling

Was the same Criteria used to determine all the other deaths?

This Case will go all the way to the Supreme Court

FG still has to revisit this case and the Defence HQ must take decisive actions to clear its name.

Sanwo Olu rushed to constitute a judicial panel of enquiry over a case that requires forensic investigations and analysis by experts in criminology. Talk of putting the cart before the horse.

So, the panel gave free money to people that did not even petition or filed any claim, they just made the decision on their own and that person walked away with N10 Million taxpayers money.

It was later revealed in front of the panel that this person shared the money with members of the panel.

They also awarded millions to a dead victim who was actually alive in front of them, but they still claimed he was dead and gave him money.

It was also revealed that the panel did not prove one single death, no aggrieved family member, no autopsy reports, no death certificates, nothing, but they still wrote a report that people died at the toll gate.

Going by this report, you are allowed to say people died, even if you don't have proof that people actually died, you don't have to prove anything, you don't need autopsy, you don't need a death certificate, just say they died, that's all.

Now, do you see the reason why things doesn't work in this country and why this country is so screwed up?

In 2021, we still have people with this kind of backward, dubious and corrosive manner of doing things.

The problem with telling lie is that you'll need more lies to cover up a single lie when sound and intelligent individuals start asking questions.

Dj sWITCH started with 78 bodies she saw and carried some, then gradually reduced it to 30 and it dropped again to 11. Now they are telling us to overlook the errors or typos or whatever and just accept that people died. Sorry to say, but majority of Nigerians are fo0ls, reason anything goes in this part of the world.

The lawyer gave a statement, a very critical statement, and I asserted the same views yesterday.

The LASG created this problem from the beginning, it was incompetence and lack of foresight by the state to include in the panel people with obvious axe to grind, people with conflict of interest.

They allowed the endsars people with their own agenda and narratives to be part of the panel when in fact it should e serious professionals with zero interests on the side of the endsars matter or the state and law enforcement authority, this is what they do in sane environment.

We now have in the report the same debunked fake news and names of dead people peddled by the endsars people back then when they destroyed Lagos.

They claimed that people died back then without facts to support their claims, not you put them in the driver's seat to be part of the panel. Are we surprised to see the same people resurrected the same fake names, fake deaths and narratives they peddled before?

The LASG is solely responsible for this mess.

Absolute and undiluted fact.

Those Igbo youths killed at Akwuzu and their bodies dumped into the river are of no value or importance to people like Dj sWITCH, Mr P and other hypocrites like them crying Lekki massacre up and down. The one UGM is doing, killing people is not something to worry over for the hypocrites.
