He happened to be the biggest victim of all. What I kinda like about him is that when his karma came, he embraced and accepted it.

I didn't quite get why he shot Nate Love's mum in the first place. The end scene made me understand it very well.

I think leaving Nate orphaned was the surest way to derail him from the path of goodness that the father had chosen.

Buck was just a dead man walking, ready to embrace death at every turn. Such a person with nothing to lose and nothing to live for is a very dangerous person.

Well I believe he left Nate orphaned because he wanted him to grow and live in hate for him. The hatred Nate nurtured for Buck made him what he is, an outlaw, though kind of like like a Robin Hood. So, I'll say there's much good in Nate. Remember he robbed a bank without killing anybody.

I'll say Trudy Smith is way more fvcked up than either Nate Love and Rufus Buck. Atleast we know both Nate and Buck went through a very damaged childhood but not Trudy, that woman is one big case of a very disturbed mind.

Whoever wrote the movie have a very weird imagination. Coming up with those fvcked up characters...

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is just a class actor. Damn, Niqqa got range!! He just embodies the character and makes it his own. Nice support from Teyonah Paris.


His career is truly taking off. Flurry of projects upcoming and he's probably the most in demand classic actor right now.
Next, I await his portrayals in Matrix: RESURRECTIONS and Aquaman 2.
