Please help me, I misplaced my first bank and zenith bank ATM card.

How can I block the card quickly.

I have called customer care but they aren't picking my call.

I have also dialed *966*60# and follow instructions..... It says my request can't be completed

Then u have to go to your bank to deactivate the card from your account.

Pls just relax ur self as long as ur phone number and pin number is not known there is nothing they can do it


Whenever you are ready just go to the bank and collect another but never give ur fone to anybody or disclose ur pin number.....Relax

Password your Sim card that is link to your bank account.The only hope a fraudster can withdraw from your account is when an otp is sent to your register phone number and someone gave him your otp.That is when your account balance can vanish.
