Behind it is mammy market and the yellow building behind the mammy market is Army Barracks.
Those are are not residential buildings and areas.

My friend I know Ibadan very well Ibadan is 94% covered by dilapidated buildings, where you will see some decent buildings is Oluyole, New GRA, Jerico, UI area, other areas are not good for human to live .
