Since 14th I've not been able to login my facebook account, "the page you requested was not found" is what they tell me, I made a post about it on nairaland that I can't login to my facebook again and someone asked for my login details to help me out

Facebook is using American policy on other parts of the world which is wrong.
An American reading your comment would think you're threatening the guy with violence. But a Nigerian who reads it would know immediately that it's a joke.

I believe Facebook can't continue on this path. In the future more tech companies would have to make accommodations for the countries they're located in by adding moderators from the local population. And shaping their policies to suit each country.

Who is not scared of commenting with Facebook's way of restricting accounts.
The thing is that Facebook has no competitor at the moment. When they ban u, u can't write to them unlike YouTube. Even Nairaland has a mail supermods where you can explain yourself out. But Facebook you just have to swallow the ban for the 30 days period. I wish Seun can start doing adverts and upgrading this nairaland with features like posting videos, deleting threads, making the follow button important etc. Mehn who is not tired of Facebook right now.

Someone was banned for only using the word clown. I have been banned on Facebook unfairly countless times if there was a section to write back it wouldn't have been. If Facebook bans u you cant express yourself.

The part I'm more concerned with is Seun no upgrading nairaland. This site has stayed like this since the day I joined it. Nothing has really change.

I wouldn't ever want to lose my 9 years old FB account to hackers for many reasons. Please I use Two-Factor Authentication, but is there any other strong FB security I can use
