The last time I log into Facebook was on November 2019. . .I still dey alive. . . That alone makes me believed any addiction can be abandoned because before I can't go a day without logging in. Though Nairaland then Twitter( b4 d ban ) then YouTube and now Tic Tok have replaced the former.

Facebook has laid down its community standards to us all, its true that they have restricted me for one day too, when i said, kill her, just as a joke, but oyibos do not joke, when they say a thing, they mean it, if u dont want to be restricted, comply with its standards, thank u.

This is only reason Nigerians have not turned Facebook to another toxic place like Nairaland. It might seem unfair sometimes, but it's mind settling to note that you're not particularly targeted.

The thing is that Facebook has no competitor at the moment. When they ban u, u can't write to them unlike YouTube. Even Nairaland has a mail supermods where you can explain yourself out. But Facebook you just have to swallow the ban for the 30 days period. I wish Seun can start doing adverts and upgrading this nairaland with features like posting videos, deleting threads, making the follow button important etc. Mehn who is not tired of Facebook right now.

Someone was banned for only using the word clown. I have been banned on Facebook unfairly countless times if there was a section to write back it wouldn't have been. If Facebook bans u you cant express yourself.

Facebook has become so strict these days. Not just them, even Twitter. They will block you for saying something that you might not even mean. I don't know who helps them to update their policies..

I have been a victim of that severely..
From 3 days to 7 days to 30days..
I'm a legend
I always get that for my comments on SA fb groups
