I quite agreed with u to some extent.. The transparency of COVID record that the country is keeping is topnotch... But I don't agree that the South African citizens were not heavy travelers... I understand that it could be the cycle of friends that U may have been keeping that formed your opinion...

But dear there are lots of South Africans around the world.. I have seen a lot of them in Australia both white and black.. and this is just a fraction of them that were leaving around the world...Many are nurses or doing some caregiver occupation...

Let's chew on this. SA has a population of 58 million...... the UK 68 million. SA highest daily infection figure was 24 000 in July. UK hit 47 000 on Thursday .... despite 80% of over 12 years old received two doses ..... and 29% of these received three doses. With this stats.... why isn't the UK the one that has a strain that is resistant to the vaccine?

Last year ... of alll the strains ... the Delta strain in hot poor India was singled out and hyped to be the deadly one. People start dropping dead in India as evidence of the claim.
