Boss, Good to see you are making headway in your quest to get a working Architectural design, However I have my reservations about this particular floor plan.
1. Transiting to other spaces from the anteroom through the lounge isn't a good idea, the idea of an anteroom is to give the lounge a bit of privacy especially when important guests are meeting in the lounge, hence the essence of the anteroom in my opinion has been defeated.
2. Your lobby is a high traffic space and should have a primary source of light to reduce the possibility of accident. Find a way to lit up the lobby please.
3. Your kitchen terrace is a non functional one, there are so small that they may not even take up your door swing. Kitchen terraces usually serve as a waste collection point, where you deposit kitchen wastes, at times users even go as far as having their gas cylinders stationed at the kitchen terrace.
4. I can see some wasted spaces, I marked them red.
5. Circulation path in one of your rooms is a diagonal one and would affect the furniture arrangement and the overall space use.

I've had a similar experience. We spent almost a week adjusting to round shape from the sphere he did before..

It's easier to use plasterboard to do these kind of designs. You draw and cut from the ground and fix it up there.

What do you think could be responsible??

The last time I did regular POP casting was 2015.
I just started working on almost 400sqm church suspended ceiling on Tuesday and they’ll be using the church for a special anniversary on Sunday.
As I’m typing, we’re almost through with suspended ceiling work and it’s not just a flat ceiling design.
Though I intend to do the final touches after the anniversary on Sunday.

yes it is. While Nigeria own hurts differently is because we have a very low purchasing power. While cost of goods and services are increasing, the minimum wage has remained the same and unemployment rates is still very high.

Is it OK to use the following formula for external/outer wall plaster mix?

1 part cement: 2 part fine sand: 2 part stone dust

This is a variation of the 1 part cement: 3 part fine sand formula

Key consideration is longevity of the plaster due to exposure to the elements.

For internal walls considering

1 part cement: 3 part fine sand: 3 part stone dust

Please kindly advise.

To me if the septic tank and soakaway is well covered no snake can come in through it. Again the manholes/chambers must be protected with cover as well. Snake can only sneak in through an open outlet. Always use vent cowl to cover all vent pipes . Don't leave an open pipe without cap plug..

You know that story is fake except you have a crack either at the pipe, open vents, collection chambers or soakway. It is even more impossible upstairs.
Again, who neglects their broken pipes such that the hole is big enough to fit a snake and continues to use the toilet?
