My samsung a30s hangs whenever an unknown app pops up, if im typing and the app pops up, it will freeze the keyboard. I'll have to use the minimize button and then close the unknown app. If i click on the app, nothing shows. The hanging stops when i close the unknown app. I dont know how i can fix this or get to identify the app, because i know it is not an installed app on my phone. I attached a screenshot of the app. No app on my phone has that logo Please can anyone help me on how to resolve this issue, as it occurs frequently, like once in 3 minutes, and its really affecting my online work 1 Like
