my kid brother got this same message yesterday being Sunday 28112021.
he was asked to call Mr David . so when he told me about it. i already knew it was a petty scammer at work but lets work them all, i said

i provided an account i opened in school years back but the thief asked if i was a "student account", said 95k is too big to drop in the account insisted my bro should get someone preferably a business man's account details....

that was how i asked my bro to delete every message sent to his phone.

He is a thief.
They will ask you send the Otp that was sent to your line, to activate the funds. Don't do it, else they will wipe out the little you have.
