I have exams today as early as 8am but my knees are immobile. I just woke up now to read and found out that I have joint pains. The pains are so severe that I can't walk. My whole knees are both aching and the pains are out of this world.
Please who can recommend any quick relief syndrome to ease the pains so I can write my exams this morning.
Help pls

Have you been to any public events recently? That's one of the symptoms of omicron variant. You just need to take pain relief, most preferable panadol extra. It will go away with time.

Visit /go to ur school hospital and do the needful as long as u pay sch fees even if u are yet to pay,make use of it well

Go treat malaria and add some pain reliever too.

Put ice block on the spot.

Get Declofenac cream to massage it

Use 100mg 1 tab Declofenac
