The secondary aim is to try and paint IPOB/ESN in a negative light in the eyes of daft Nigerians (who don't seem to be capable of independent thought), so Mazi Kanu is not released! Notice how all of a sudden, northern groups purporting to represent the entire north are holding press conferences all over the place, demanding and giving 'reasons' why Mazi kanu shouldn't be released? It's no coincindence that this is happening at the same time some wicked elements are murdering innocents in the south-east just to pin the blame on IPOB/ESN!
