Thanks guys she's taken him first to the hospital to get doctors report then from there the police.

Thanks for replying him. When they do it to his son, I hope he'll have the same thing to say.
God bless you, lokojatoofar.
That person just pissed me off. Try and keep record of all what transpires with the school concerning this matter. Record audio, video, photos etc cos they might try to lie. Drag them as far as your muscle can carry you as long as they keep denying the truth.

I'm not happy. I've been trying to overlook what happened today but the more I remember it, the more I feel sorry for my innocent nephew who was physically and brutally abused by his teacher today.

I finished from my school today and decided to check on them.
I got home and found the door still locked. So I called and my sis said she went to pick her children from school.

As I sat at the staircase to wait, My nephew climbed up the stairs and said he has something to tell me. He said his teacher removed his tooth. As he was still trying to explain how it happened, the Mom climbed up and took over.

When she got to school, the teachers blocked her at the gate and told her her sons teeth was shaking and fell off. She said she was surprised because she was the one who brushed his teeth this morning and non of his teeth was shaking. she just believed them and picked her children.

On their way home. The son now told her to promise him not to ask his teacher what he's about to tell her and she crossed her heart.

The boy told her that he submmited his exam script to his teacher. The teacher went through his script and told him to rewrite somethings correctly. As he bent and was writing on the teachers table ( maybe he wrote it wrongly again) the teacher now hit his head on the table and his front tooth flew out. He said she quickly rushed him out as blood was gushing out and washed him up.
He said that the other teachers saw all that Happened and now tried to cover up.

He also said, the teacher threatened him that if he tells his Mom what happened, he'll meet her in school tomorrow.... That was why he begged his Mom not to ask his teacher.

I told the Mom to go there with the police tomorrow but I'm not sure if it's within their jurisdiction to handle such cases. So I want to know the right authority to report this dastardly act .

My 5 year old nephew must get justice. See how she disfigured his upper front dentition.

I need contacts to the right agency, please.

Pics of his teeth before and after the harm.

Couldn't get his personal pics where he smiled opening his teeth. So had to use their group pics to show what his dentition looked like before the abuse.
First thing first...
1. Some schools nowadays has WhatsApp group for
proprietor, teachers and parents; shared this information in that group so that other parent will get to know what transpired.
2. Try and reach the owner of the said school if he is adamant than go to Police asap
3. I also suggest you should remove the pupil from that school except if they are willing to terminate the appointment of the assailant.

Huzormah:
I hardly comment on issues here but I can't let this slide.

I have experienced first hand the brutality of teachers and I have seen how fatal and near fatal it was.

I had a friend those days when I was still in lagos, orile to be precise and he lost his brother to the hands of demonic teacher - a teacher killing a child of about 5years by hitting him on the head with a wooden stool. My economics teacher - who was almost blind, almost killed my classmate by trying to drive his head through a concrete pillar, save for the timely intervention of our vice principal, I schooled in coker mind you.

Some teachers are worst than the devil, so this is why am heartbroken about this atrocious and sordid act. Taking out their frustration on a 5year kid!! Please do not let this slide! Report the school and the teacher to the appropriate authorities - you should have named the school since they are complicit and trying to sweep the matter under the carpet. If the authorities fail to act, you can always fight poison with poison by involving hoodlums to deal with the mofo.

Please don't fail to update us on the outcome.
Na wa o. Those ones are demons.

I am not saying that your 5 year old nephew exaggerated what really happened but I am not going to take drastic decision based on his side of the story.

One thing I believe for sure is that the teacher likely pushed him but;

1. It might not necessarily be out of malaise it might be a mistake

2. If the tooth wasn't shaking before that means the teacher will need a stronger force to get the tooth out in which case your nephew is most likely to end up with a cut or bruis in his mouth in addition to losing the tooth.

3. I would suggest that you hear from the teacher and warned the teacher to be careful around your kids that if such happens next time you won't take it lightly.

Extra observations :

Kids are very observant for your 5 year old nephew to have asked the mom to promise before hand tells me that your sister is likely full of drama and he does not want the mom to come to his school and blow things out of proportion. Correct me if I am wrong.
Are you a teacher? Sounds like you are trying to downplay and excuse the teacher's action.

Op, the deed has been done.

Try reaching out to the teacher in question in a polite manner.

Don't try to escalate the matter because it might not end well with the school's reputation especially if there's a massive widthrawal of pupils.

If possible, let go the matter and withdraw your ward if you must do that.
You must be a teacher, and a wicked one that molests and torments children to make such a senseless comment.

Which one is polite matter. Polite kee you there. What stupid reputation? Are you really ok at all?

That is how those frustrated feminist women behave to anything that is male nowadays. She saw your nephew as a vulnerable male that is why she did that to him.

DO NOT LET HER GO. DEAL WITH HER RUTHLESSLY or else she will keep doing it to other children

I am not trying to and I am just trying to avoid a situation where you go in hard before considering all possible options only to look like either a trouble maker or a combination of a fool and trouble maker before the school.

Let me tell you a story that changed the way I approach issue.

Where I used to live in Lagos. A young child about 6 or 7 went to their neighbour's home to play. During the process he took a water color brush and went home with it. As a playful child he actually didn't remember where he put or if he actually went home with it.

The family he visited accused him of taking it which he denied and that led to name calling. When his mother got home he explained everything to his mother and she was mad that they accussed her son of stealing a common brush.

How much is the brush, of course she could afford it and they have numerous color painting brush at home. The whole thing escalated. It resulted to name callings between both families and almost degenerate into physical confrontation if not for the timely intervention of neighbours.

Later at night when the father of the accussed boy got home from work he was informed of what transpired. He called his son as usual to hear his part of the story. And his father asked him series of simple questions (according to him) that eventually lead him to go get his school bag. Behold the said brush was in it.

What happened was that when the child left the neighbours with one of the neighbours kid, they went to the accussed child home to look up something from his school book. While trying to put back the content of his school bag, he packed everything in including the brush without even realising it.

Infact his father is a very reasonable man. He apologise to the neighbours and made his wife to the same. While the neighbours did also for how they handled the issue.

A times things are not really what they look like which is why it is best to approach sensitive issues like this with caution.

Your story has got nothing to do with a boy that was beaten up callously and removing a tooth in the process.

Why were the teachers refusing to pick up calls and why were they trying to cover up for the teacher's act?

If the act actually happened, then the teacher and the school need to be punished appropriately.

Why were the teachers refusing to pick up calls and why were they trying to cover up for the teacher's act?

If the act actually happened, then the teacher and the school need to be punished appropriately.
The boy said he was beaten callously, the teacher said that was not the case. This is now he said I said case.

Without concrete evidence it is a question of your version or my version. That is why out here some schools have cameras almost everywhere for cases like this. There have been cases where parents blow things out of proportion and the teacher are punished based on one sided story.

There have also been cases where teachers lied and the child could only be vindicated by the help of hard evidence.

My sister just pray you don't have issues that will warrant you to prove yourself before the law. That is when you will understand that there is truth and there is also truth.

I understand that you are a mom and the instinct to protect your child is very strong. My point remains before you go in hard make sure your evidence is foul proof. I am saying it from experience (is not everything that I can post online) because what seems like a straight forward cases may turn out not to be.

It's this mum wasting time that I blame. When soldiers would have gone to carry the teacher tey tey and let her just sleep in guardroom for only 2 days. All this plenty talk is not necessary.

Ok. When your child's teacher knocks his/her tooth off, just ignore and send him/her back to school the next day.

That is the problem. Soldier carrying the teacher means taking laws into your own hand. If she does that is she not guilt of high handedness that the teacher is being accused of?

On another note what if it turns out that the teacher has better connect than the woman or you think because she is a teacher that she is a nobody?

remove your child from that school if they dont fire that abusive teacher...
That's wrong. Firing teachers bis the worst thing in school business. Yu know y, u go fire tire. It affected my aunt's school. Deducting from the teachers salary is de best punishment. Next time u go see her quite like who de pour ice water.

Is just like u asking men to Chase their wife at every provocation. Sometimes you apply wisdom in handling things. How are you sure the next person is better.

i beg to differ...abusing children in such a manner can only bring fear and anxiety in a child's mind. the poor child that was abused can NEVER properly learn while being around that devilish teacher. stop thinking about money and instead think of the wellbeing of these young minds. a child was beaten to the point of losing a tooth here...

Is just like u asking men to Chase their wife at every provocation.
dont compare a child being abuse by the person they are suppose to look up to (to the point where they lost a tooth), with a wife's provocation towards her husband. a wife, you deal with her accordingly as any couple would, and if she indeed crosses the line, you warn her and get rid of her if she continues. the patience you would use with a wife is completely different with dealing with an abusing teacher.
here is a clue: if a husband beats the hell out of his wife (or vice versa), then get the hell out of this failed union or be ready to die in silence.

Sometimes you apply wisdom in handling things. How are you sure the next person is better.
who cares whether the next one will be better or worse... this is such a failed way to look at how to handle life. thats such a failed mindset. something is awfully wrong, you got to have standards in your life and get rid of anything that does not live up to your standards, instead of being insecure and desperate to be with someone at all cost to the point of accepting that being with someone that abuses you is better than being with the next person who may possibly kill you.bwaaaaaaaaa!! what a low self esteem way to think of yourself.
BETTER BE SINGLE AND ALIVE THAN WITH AN ABUSER AND DEAD!

I saw this post so late, you all be talking about what punishment the teacher deserve no one is even pointing at the distance this will create between mother and son. The mother promised the child that she won’t asked the teacher if she eventually does and the young boy gets to know about it he will never trust his mum again he will rather keep things to himself or lie because he knows that if he tells his mum she will blow things out of proportion,
