Precisely a Pyogenic granuloma .
U can look it up on Google images to c similar pics .
Simple excision if done properly is curative .

Sorry that this has happened to you. If that's not from a wound, then it could be either an infection or a tumor. The tumor may or may not be cancerous. You need to go and do a biopsy to identify the cause. Do this quickly to avoid complications.

Why do people always do this when people try to seek medical advice online? Are the doctors in that hospital he will go to omniscient? Are you guys aware that whilst those doctors may have not seen this sort of growth in their lives, a random person on this thread might have experienced this before and might have the best advice?

Sometimes if you dont have a response or advice for a person seeking info, the mature thing to do is just be quiet and probably read comments.

He may have had a puncture and ignored it and it may have been infected with tetanus. There is discoloration around the area meaning tissue necrosis is occurring already. Pls go to the hospital and hope for the best.

Most likely it's not dangerous.
I got many on my skin , at the back , at the front etc.
I cut it and immediately apply rock salt (kaun) to drain blood from the place for about three to five minutes.
It heal up but will leave small scar.

I have experienced a similar situation before BUT not with blood. Each time it grows, I cut it with my teeth or nail cutter and it will grow back again after 3 weeks. I didn't use anything, it just stopped growing by itself this year.

Don't attempt to cut it or risk infection or cancer. Watch your diet too, less protein.

That is Pyogenic Granuloma. You must have seen a small blister on your finger and decided to prick it. The growth is benign but you must do a minor surgery to remove it else it keeps growing. I paid 15k in 2012 to remove mine and it never came back.
