I have a SG3800 of the same brand. Runs near 2/3 of the day. Cooling is critical, make sure it's located in a location that gets a breeze.

1. When you buy brandnew generator, change the oil after the first month or after 20 hours. Whichever comes first.



2. Then change after 6 months or 100 hours whichever comes first.
