But why are there delays after when tracking has shown unsuccessful delivery, mine has shown that since Wednesday and it's yet to reach my local PO, something that doesn't take up to 24hrs.

The 75 days has actually elapsed before I opened the dispute. I was surprised to see their response. Anyway, I'll wait till tomorrow and see if there is going to be another update

You see, I have lost disputes due to damaged item before, so I know how painful it could be and wouldn't wish anyone loses a legit dispute no matter how small the money is.

There is also this 2019 corolla window master control (driver's) side that I purchased to replace the factory one that smoked (9ja dealers' prices was prohibitive so I went for the cheaper plus illuminated buttons option on AE). The package came with just three out of the four buttons functional. I thought the problem was compatibility issues until I eventually went back to 9ja dealers where they confirmed that the unit the seller sent was defective. By that time, it was already a month after purchase protection expiration. I'm still mad at myself as I type for missing my opportunity for a refund.

Am still trying to figure out the offender here- Nipost or Singapore post. This is the second time am having such issues. Only lucky that I get my refunds.

Hi, Speedaf actually receives orders and delivers for different companies. Why not try to reach them on any of their contact channels to help you out.

I'd assume that all items outside of Lagos are handled by the post office or do you occasionally receive from SpeedAf too?

Speedaf actually does deliveries outside Lagos too. And they are very fast with their deliveries.

I've gotten 4 of my packages ordered on 11.11 from speedaf. 3 were combined package and the other one was delivery solely. Never gotten my packages so fast like this ever. So happy right now
