Can they afford to buy? Nnewi sells in tens of millions. Onitsha is now from 50 million in some places. Owerri is in millions. These people that are selling off their ancestral lands can't afford to buy lands in the East. Rather than accept the economic reality, they're trying to make it look like igbos don't sell. The lands are there but they can't afford them..

Where will hungry afonjas see money buy land with their 20-100k salary civil service jobs? Especially as expensive as they are in SE?
