First your appeal 14days starts when you collected your passport not when the decision was made.
Kindly check where the consular signed you will see a date for confirmation of collection. That's the day it starts counting.

About the proof of fund I know a company that can do it with less amount and it's legit but the 6 and 8 you have to figure it out

Well, you don't need statement of account to show for your financial reference. What you need is either CC or Employment information of your sponsor which includes his payslip and others

I'm wondering how an agent would tell you to go with statement of account for Polish visa. Is the agent the one that helped you with the date too?

And as I heard they said polish embassy doesn’t want bank statements. The want either payslips and employment certificate or credit card certificate
