This is not always the case. You can still hit maximum daily DD.

From your example, if my RR is 1:2, and the combination of my trades are 5.5% up. If the trades go back to break even or even a little above break even, you could lose the account.

Just calculate your swing to adjust to the DD
After all you just need atmost 10% to pass a challenge.
If your R:R is 1:1 and set at 5%,
You just need 2 of such trade to pass,
You don't have to set your RR to the 10%
The account ia is always big enough to get minimal DD
No be 100usd account wein you go dey get pressure on top again.

Keep it simple.

I trade supply and demand as my strategy, so for me, inside bar is a range on lower time frames, and a range is exchange of transactions. Depending on the level the inside bar was, I also factor liquidity, If the inside bar was swept, I trade from the sweep, if it wasn't I wait for confirmation before trading off it.

All these Sweep, Swept, under the Carpet, Rug, or Mattress just show say I never start Forex journey, at all

Imagine opening a swing trade that I will hold for like 3 weeks or more, and price don't move in straight line, by the time reversal set in one maybe violating the dd rule. Dd rule that is based on equity (capital + the floating profit/loss).

Set your overall SL less than 5%
Cherry pick for best setup,
It's not that difficult if you are already a profitable trader.
Swing SL is quite easy to determine
