All SE states cannot be independent except they have the FG feeding bottle.

No system presently monitor or checkmate collection of states IGR, some states choose to keep their IGR low to deceive their people while some publish high to be able to acces more loans, value added tax is money generated by FG, FG doesn't reveal oil and gas exploited in oil producing states which three southeast states are well represented
