I read somewhere online that Auba was axed cos he travelled to Barcelona to get a tattoo a day before a match and he had to miss training . If this is true , then I’m disappointed in Auba for acting like a typical African player that will see small money and start misbehaving .

Whatever the case may be , I sincerely hope the club is making serious plans to replace both Auba and Lacazette with two deadly strikers ...... As it stands I would want none of them at the Emirates next season

Barcelona wen dey shed wages and useless contracts? Biereth is still too young and behind a ton of other players. He just transitioned from the U-18 to U-23. He is going to need a loan move in the near future so we avoid the Balogun situation.

They desperately need a striker now and De Jong, Dembele, Grizzy and Umtiti are likely to leave so Auba for 20M won't be bad for them.
Apart from Moller and Balogun, who are the strikers ahead of Biereth cos I can't remember any striker performing better than the trio right now.

Aubameyang has just done us a huge favour. Now we can expect he new striker in Jan.

But extended highlights proves that defensive Midfield is still a long way from being above average. I think the setup isn't taking into cognizance that losing possession is a norm with these kind of players or in the centre. So no fall back, especially with Partey and Lokonga preferring to do Foot Escort for a solo opponents gliding right into our box with virtually no resistance whatsoever (generally speaking).

Arsenal are snatching points off lower teams and yet to from the big teams.

If they are shedding the wages of Dembele/Grizzy/De Jong/ Umtiti, and others what makes you think they would want to take up a 350K/ week wage excluding bonuses and incentives for a player who turns 33 years? This is not about sale price but weekly wages and incentives. Let me assure you that Auba will not leave Arsenal for less and Barca despite the need for a striker will be foolish to even consider Auba. They considered him when the reality of their financial situation had not been exposed.

In player development, having 2 players ahead of you is a lot. I have raved about Patino who recently transitioned to the U-23 and there have been calls to move him to the first team but we all know he needs a good loan move. You still have Nketiah who Arteta wants to offer an extension and Martinelli’s situation. Biereth is good but I don’t see Arsenal moving him to the first team right now.

Right now, securing a loan for Balogun at a club where he will play regular football is the priority. Biereth will play another year of U-23 while Balogun is gone on loan alongside Moller as the core attackers and then go on loan next season. I think that is a better course of direction.

I don’t have the energy to watch Arsenal match anymore and the match against Everton lock up my mind completely, that match is 3 unprofessional, well, thanks to Everton who got the winning at the end despite having 2 goals cancelled (offside).

I still cant tell what happened to partey, Aaron just be making two or three super saves each match cus the dm is not tight thereby exposing our defence line. Renato sanchez?, maybe would be a perfect piece of the puzzle
