What a joke! Every week the Igbos just contiue to make themselves the laughing stock of Nigeria. 'Please give us the presidency', 'Please only allow Igbo to contest'....blah blah blah.
When will Igbos get it into their heads? Nobody is going to give them presidnency on a plate. The Nigerian political scence is vibrant, with allances and networks criss-crossing the whole country. If Igbos have refused to build aliances across the nation, that is their own problem. The Tinubu they are asking to step aside has been building a political machine across the nation for over a decade. What has Orji Kalu been doing? What has Peter Obi been doing?
I really used to respect the Igbos, but honestly I think they should stick to business where they are exceptional. This political game is just not for them at all.
