If Leo irabor has/had a genuine and lawful reason for wanting them gone, then the request will have been granted without considering the tribes of the people he wants gone. Till date, leo irabor has not provided a genuine reason he wants anybody gone, even when the court asks him. The COAS Is a 37RC, invariably All the 36RC will retire, this was the case when Lt Gen Faruk YAHYA took over, all the 36RC were preparing to leave, but CDS intervened by approved a course for all of them.
