I just got a good job offer in Niger state but before I leave my current job I would need to get some information about Minna and Suleja. My office is located at Minna and I have two options to getting an apartment in Minna (close to the office but far from the nearest airport) or Suleja (close to Abuja but far from office). I would need the help of persons who know Niger state well.

1) What is the power supply situation in Minna and Suleja? Which is better?
2) Is the journey from Suleja to Minna (a 2hr journey) a safe one to make regularly?
3) What is the internet connection in Minna and Suleja like?
4) What is the maximum rent cost for a comfortable self-contain apartment with water and good amenities?
5) Is the security situation in Niger generally too bad for work?

1) power supply in Niger is good as it depends on you area.
2) no where is safe in Nigeria to be traveling Everytime by road as Niger as experience in increase in insurgency.

3) cost of living in Minna is moderate.

1. The power supply in Minna is quite good depending on the axis you wish to stay.
2. Nigerian roads as at today are unpredictable.
3. Internet connection is okay once you have got a good network coverage.

I served at suleja if you need a good apartment with 24/7 electricity go to Apc quarters kantoma. Internet connection is good depending on your area within suleja
Travelling from suleja to minna everyday is somehow risky, the road is not good. Just plan yourself well.

Better go and rent house in Minna cause if you rent in Suleja,moving from Suleja to Minna on regular basis is highly risk....

Go to minna and get a house in Bosso area, London Street if you can afford the rent. Water and light is relatively steady and safe too. Don't try working from suleja pls, its dangerous travelling that road regularly and n d road is kind of bad.

Stay in Minna, forget abt suleja, nor reason ham because its closer to FCT.
Life in Minna is cool & peaceful.
Suleja to Minna is b/w 2,-3hrs, can make that trip to & fo on a daily basis.

1) power supply in minna is 5 hours in the morning and 5 hours in the night
2) 1 hour 30 minutes and it is safe for now

4) it depends on location of the house in minna . But budget 150k
5) nope the security issues in niger state those not affect ur movement. Security challenge in niger state are in some few lga namely . Sarkin pawa with is very closed to kaduna and sheroro lga is 2 hours journey to minna , mashegu lga 1 hour 40 minutes, kagara lga 1 hour 30 and borgu lga 5 hours journey to minna

1) Power supply in Minna is from 9am to 2pm during the day and 9pm to 2am in the night
2)The journey is quite safe but you might get fed up as time goes by
3) The internet connection is very okay
4) Budget like 120-150k for a comfortable self contain
5) i will say Minna is safe and Suleja is safe too
