I calm myself down coz I know I have nobody

We are humans, getting angry is cool and normal more especially when we are slighted or provoked...what's abnormal is getting violent due to being provoked...sometimes a 3 minute act of violence would ruin once life forever....

Personally I always put my anger in check and always leave the scenario that instigated that anger...personally have seen someone who's anger is keeping him in jail for over ten years now�.

So I see "caution" and apply " danger" nowadays
