They are using this Covid-19 to cash out. Just because Pmicrpn variant was announced, then the figures jumped up again. Lies!

It jumped in every country, not just Nigeria. People travel and must get tested b4 they fly

This nonsense is the reason why UK & other govt place flight ban from Nigeria.

In other to justify hundred if billion of naira, together with billion of dollars for covid SCAM, you dish out number like basketball scores

COVID kills only the weak. The death toll is minimal compared to infection rates here. We should ensure to vaccinate ourselves to reduce the creation of variants.
You are saying it the other way around. Variants are actually mutating primarily because of the vaccine. If they create another vaccine for omicron, another variant will likely pop up again.

Becos it's a coordinated scam, people just don't want to believe they(we) are bin played. Whatever, truth must and will prevail only thing is that the damage has already bin done.

What i dont get is all this while omicron has been in Naija o the cases have been low but immediately the west and who announced on the media that African countries carry another variant then the cases suddenly went up. My question is if they were actually monitoring covid cases how come they never noticed the spike until the foreign media branded a new variant on Africa. seems the whole virus is actually being controlled by the media rather than researches

And Akwa Ibom is organizing one of the largest carol festival in the world. Will this be done virtually or not? Misplaced priority. Why not use the funds and pay retirees who are crying everyday for the emoluments? By the way, did the state governor take his jab of the vaccination? I heard he's been adamant but he's asking the citizens to.

Sorry about that, where you vaccinated?

You people should apply some sense. What prevents someone in Brazil or China from using all those "cures". They only worked anecdotally not in controlled studies. I remember when everyone in Nigeria hoarded chloroquine, These are commonly available drugs no one can prevent you from taking

See reasoning o. It's like asking why number of covid was low in January 2020 when it was already in the world!

I tested positive for the Virus, treated it and confirmed negative, had 2 shots of the Astrzeneca vaccine... Few months later I am feeling a bit under the weather again, I hope this is just malaria / harmattan sickness cos I just can't deal with Covid again.

Please how long did it take you to test negative after contracting it

Well, a country like US, their are all sorts of competing interests, antivaxxers, whistle blowers, communists, private universes, cities and municipalities, all tracking covid. It’d be very difficult to tell a big lie. US reported 1,802 deaths on 14 Dec., Nigeria - zero!

But that’s an indication they are simply reporting numbers submitted by hospitals. If they are simply making up the numbers, zero makes no sense when US reportef 1,802 deaths the same day (see below). In Nigeria dying of covid is taboo, so people do all they can to not list covid as cause of death, instead it is pneumonia or such, making Nigeria by far the leader in pneumonia deaths in the world!

You know you can't compare the US with Nigeria. In all honesty, you know where my opinion is stemming from.

NCDC are not making up numbers. The test results are from labs. The deaths are from hospitals and that is where trickery is going on. See my post above - Nigeria’s deaths from pneumonia and flu have gone waay up since the pandemic, to where they are now #1 in the world by far. You don’t have to be a genius to know what the hospitals are doing.
