My Yoruba brothers and sisters know this truth, but they won't drop sentiments aside and reason through what Shehu Sani meant.

No. I disagree. He has his own mind. The recent row about the judgement given by the court on a disagreement within the APC caucus where Osinbajo stood his ground against all the party's stalwarts proves my point. They had to wait for Buhari to return before settling the matter since Osinbajo isn't the leader. This goes a long way to prove that he cannot be shoved around.

When we vote in outsiders whose political leadership skills have not been tested, we'll err. I'm sure their leadership will fail because they'll become president to learn Poliitucal leadership as well as Nigeria. Learning Nigeria alone is a 140 unit course. You can see how Osinbajo's hair quickly turned completely grey as soon as he became Vice President. Osinbajo has the skills. By 2023, he would have spent 8 yrs learning Nigeria in practical terms. Given his antecedents in respect to his high intellectuality and wisdom, he can fix Nigeria.

Now, we don't need someone who can fix this country. Instead, we need someone who can fix it as well as have the passion to do so. In my opinion, Osinbajo is a combination of skills and passion necessary to move Nigeria forward. Moreso, this is someone widely reputed to be immune to corruption.

He's part of the crew, but the captain is the sole decision maker. Speaking out against his superior would kill his political career instantly. He needs a platform, and the platform he already has must be preserved. That's the same reason he can't resign. . Come to Ikenne in Ogun State and see the condition of the roads in Vice president Osinbajo's town. Can you tell me just one single project that was done by Osinbajo in his home town talkless of Ogun State his state of origin?
