In your great wisdom, security is now the primary responsibility of the governors even though the army, dss, navy, airforce, police, nscdc are directly controlled, funded, personnel appointed and report to the FG.

I think it's not for nothing that the president is called the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. Governors are only Chief Security Officers of their various states on paper and not in actual exercise of such powers.
Which governor has a control over the use and deployment of security agencies in his state?
Which governor can give orders to even a DPO in his office and gets immediate obedience without clearance from Abuja?

You guys should quit sounding stuuupiid just to defend Buhari.
