A male soldier on official duty will NEVER propose, especially in public, unless he wants to face the repercussions in guard room or theater. It is only when he is off official duty he can propose, even on uniform.

If she's married now, then she will be distracted by her husband and her wifely duties. How do you expect the Nigerian Army to make use of such lady?
