The white man's reasoning is different from the black man, they don't do things the way the black does and that is why they are not poor even with lesser resources,
The black man despite all the huge resources are still poor because they are wicked and greedy......

A white man will go for a job because he has the passion and to build that job irrespective of who is the owner while the black man especially in Nigeria will go for a job because of how much they can get ......

Like you said, white people when elected they face the challenges by working on their manifestos which is to solve that problem not to keep blaming the past government. They knew they were not elected to blame the past government but to clean the mess of the past government and fix things. Majority of the people that was in the PDP are the same people that are in APC......
The only reason people are so desperate to win election/get to power especially in Nigeria is to steal and to become rich overnight.......and people like you will start celebrating them without asking questions.... that is the poverty mentality I'm talking about.......
The stealing/looting is not only the politicians alone, all sectors of the economy are involved.... these are all as a result of poverty......
