Sometimes people do stuff like just to cause drama. I wasn't sure if that was the case so I was asking to see if you were just trying to 'bait' angry reactions. It doesn't look like that, though.

When I try to download it tells me crap about metered connection(something about download over WiFi blah blah blah).....so is there a way in setting it.?

I'm not sure if this will help, but try checking if download only over wi-fi is on, if it is, turn it off.
