Roman 5 vs 18 - 19 says no such thing as you claim. Verse 19 clues you clearly into this where it tells you that through Jesus Christ, many, not all, will be made right.

Again, No one is born bound to God's New Covenant agreement- Matthew 26 vs 28 - 30 and John 3 vs 1 - 8 . As Jesus Christ made it known, a conscious decision is required by All.

The answer is babies go to heaven. The answer is straight up , babies have not committed any sin.

As I already said, so many times over now, because Babies are incapable of opting in to the New Covenant, this according Jesus Christ's own stipulation in John 3 vs 1 - 21, there is no Salvation and no Kingdom of God for them.

Again, Paul was not there attempting to change what God had declared as it is sin against God to attempt such a feat. Instead what Paul was telling you there is that All were condemned by the actions of Adam and Even to Perish in the grave- dust to dust as expressed in Genesis 3 vs 19 - 22 , but through Jesus Christ, many, not all, can be made right with God.

And as Jesus Christ made it known to you, again in John 3 vs 1 - 21 - those who will be made right are those who accept and obey Him.
