As for pay, personal I won't take a job with shitty pay. After secondary school while waiting for WAEC my sister found me a job as a pump attendant in a filling station. The owner said he was going to pay me 6k I have to work six times a week from 7am to 7pm.

I told him I have heard him, I went home and didn't even call to tell him I won't be doing it.

The month I finished NYSC someone found me an insurance job. During induction that was went I found out that I have to sale insurance policy and the pay was 8k and every other thing was based on commission. Omo come see people from Lagos and Abuja senior men dey hustle the job.

I went home and never went back. One month later I got myself a job in Lag with starting salary of 100k plus.

Personal, I don't think I will work and for someone and accept shitty pay, nay we still get plenty land for village, I would rather go there and start farming than slave away for peanuts.
