Dangote has directed the absorption of Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, and Chemical Engineering Graduates from ATBU, Bauchi who graduated between 2019-2021.
Dangote who is the Chancellor of KUST Wudil, Kano has promised to do the same to the University since 2016 while Engineering Graduates from ABU and other universities have been benefitting from such recruitments. Clearly, the headline is a total misrepesantation of the contents.

There is no oil in the East my friend. The Nigerian oil is in the South South. The oil in the East is Palm Oil and it’s total is not upto one of hundreds of palm kernel farms in Malaysia.

1) The federal government played a huge role in this project from the Jonathan era to this day. The CNB was ordered to funnel large amount of cash into this project as incentives since it was seen as a national asset that needs to be protected. To that extent, it's expected that a reasonable amount of national interest should be satisfied in such areas as job recruitment, product distribution and siting of secondary plants..

2) There is nothing like The South". What we have at independence was The West and The East. It's you and Tinubu that invented The South as a political terminology to hyjack all that should accrue to both the East and west just for South Western Nigeria.

3) The biggest oil deposits inland in the socalled South South comes from Igbo communities like Obigbo and co. Don't know whether you have been properly educated on this. So your "South South" outburst does not hold water here. It's the oil from the East. So it's only natural that the greater percentage of job opportunities should go to the owners of the resource. Otherwise, Dangote should use Lagos and Bauchi oil to run his "private" refinery.
