Well, I think it's rare to find a high number of northerners in serious private businesses(Nigerian-owned and foreign-owned). When is the refinery going to start working? I am not sure this information on this thread is correct. This is not the way recruitment is done. There is either some more information which isn't shown here or this is fake.
