There are only 38 games in an epl season so that submission is fantastically wrong. Also, Guardiola has never finished any season unbeaten not at Barca, Bayern and certainly not at man city. Lastly, every team goes through a phase of an unbeaten run...this does not guarantee you the league as a run of 3 draws and 3wins still stand as an unbeaten run.
