Please o! Someone help me. I just noticed an unexplained difference of FOURTEEN THOUSAND plus on my account this morning.

I didn't get a debit alert, nor did I make any transaction online with my card. I have called the customer care of my bank and they told me that A TRANSACTION WAS INITIATED ONLINE WITH MY CARD (which I DID NOT DO!) and that the detail there is Q SHARE NEW YORK.

They are saying I should wait till about 2nd of January 2022 when the money would either be credited back or I would receive the debit alert.


Please who knows what I can do to get more information about this said transaction, and retrieve my money??

Thanks....A chat with them just revelaed an ONLINE COURSE WEBISTE. But I don't have any active subscription. So I'll just take it up with the SKILLSHARE PEOPLE. Thank you.

You didn't exhaust all available channels before coming on a public forum. I believe is not every thing we need to be posting on nairaland.
