Kenya has such marine parks where fishing is disallowed. The area is protected. You pay money - visit - go and see them or dive in some area

When they say Kenya has grown 10% in 3rd Q 2021 - that is 10% compared to 2020 (COVID-19) 3rd Quarter
It's not that Kenya has grown 10% btw Q2 and Q3 - that would be improbable.
Tanzania growth has basically halved.
