I didn't want to comment on this post because I don't know the number of people to educate - as in you guys are too many.

Don't just give opinion on issues you are not well acquainted with. Firstly, I will enjoin you to get an appointment letter of any civil servant close to you and read the conditions of service.

Political partisanship (irrespective of who you are supporting) is seriously frowned at in the civil service. As a matter of fact it is an offence that can lead to dismissal.

From the man's post, it's crystal clear where he belongs. Many people practice politics in the civil service, but they rather do it anonymously. Why didn't he open an anonymous or pseudonymous account if he wants to play that kind of game. There are many of such on social media.

Meanwhile, politics aside, even in the private sector, you dare not criticize your employer directly or indirectly on a public forum.

It is his foolishness that landed him that slap. I just hope he doesn't eventually lose that job.
While I agree with you that neutrality is a tenet of the civil service, the teacher is still a subject of political victimisation. When he went to Abuja as witness in Oyeyola Adeleke case was he queried ? NO! His post is only interpreted to mean he is supporting Najeem Salam a fellow APC man. He did not mention any name or condemn anybody! He however should have used another plàrtform to avoid victimisation.

As Government worker? NO NO. No one advised such. It's against the ethics of your work.

You can't publicly show you even belong to a party as Government worker. You can only vote your choice candidate
Forget that.
My mother was a civil servant for 30years and she told me how politicians will hold meetings with them in their secretariat on how to campaign and vote the ruling party.
It only became a crime when you expose the inefficiencies of the govt.

The Osun state governor is just power drunk. This guy was one of the witness that followed the governor to court when the PDP challenged the election in court.

Why did they suspend him
I thought we are in democracy
So no more freedom of speech
We practice facism and cover up with democracy.

I understand you. Politicians do hold meeting with workers to bring their side. It's happening even as I type.

What I'm saying is for someone as civil servant to come out publicly and declare being a member of a party.

IT'S TRANSGRESSION

I pray for justice in Osun next governorship election. If Adeleke is given back his mandate he would reverse the sanction.
