Hello guys,
please I need your advice from the experienced ones in the house. I intend to move to Abuja next year and would probably stay there for like a year or two. It's been a while I went there (over a decade now). I know many places in suburbs like Karu, Nyanya, Gwagalada, Kubwa would have developed drastically. And those are the areas I would like to stay for now (at least for the period I'll be staying there). I'm actually considering Karu or Nyanya so that I could one of the days, take a trip to Keffi and visit my Alma-mater. So please for those of you staying around there, I would like to know what areas within Karu and Nyanya are quite serene and calm and has at least a bit high amount of power supply. If there are estates there, I wouldn't mind staying there. I just need somewhere quite, calm and cool that will allow me work from home. It's just me so the apartment wouldn't need to be very big. Please guys, do help me so that I can make a good decision before I make payments to some agents and later on find out that the place is not what I expected. Thanks.

Brotherly, airport road is not bad. Low crime rate and better power supply. Everybody is minding their business here. Chika/Aleiyta

Isn't that place quite far from the main town? I might be wrong but please let me know.

It's a 15-minute drive to Garki. N150 public transport fare.

Thanks, I'll be expecting to hear from you.
