Firstly data analytics is different from data science.
That being said, as a practicing data analyst I will say being a data anyst is the easier option, as it requires less coding.
Someone has posted a thread which should be helpful. However, I will still summarise the key resources I used to become a data analyst here.

By the way, Java and JavaScript are two different programming languages. Nothing too difficult about them in any case. Lots of people self teach and turn out good and are able to get jobs paying 7 figure salaries. Stick with learning the ones I mentioned above and you will be set for life. It may be challenging in the beginning, but don’t give up.

There are many free online courses and on YouTube you can take. Udemy is good tool too.
